Everyone will be scanned coming in the building for QR codes.
Everyone still has to sign in and put in at least telephone number for contact info. To streamline items, once schedules are developed if we can provide listings, of everyone attending at Bronx, we can then send it to their facility manager, who will make it available for staff to check everyone in.

Soul Sanctuary

Facility Policies related to your booking:
- Current capacity for the gymnasium is 100 persons
- Effective September 3, 2021 - all participants, coaches, referees, instructors, and attending parents/spectators will be required to provide proof of full vaccination when entering the facility
- Youth sports participants age 17 or under are not required to provide proof of vaccination at this time
- Individuals 18+ must present their valid Manitoba Immunization Card, along with a government issued ID, to enter the facility. The QR code on their immunization card will be scanned by a Soul Sanctuary Facility Team Member using the Manitoba Immunization Verifier app
- Groups with recurring bookings are asked to provide a roster to Soul Sanctuary for each recurring timeslot. This will allow us to check vaccination against those registered for that specific class or team. This way we can track those who have previously provided proof of vaccination and speed up the process as your members return week after week
- Whenever possible, youth participants should be dropped off at the day to alleviate the need for the parent to enter the facility unnecessarily
- Masks are required to be worn inside the facility, including in washrooms and all common areas
- Masks may be removed by individuals when engaged in athletic activity
- Distancing while in common areas or when not actively engaged in athletic activity is expected
- No outside footwear is to be worn in the gym
- No food or drink in the gym, except water
- Not adhering to facility policies or provincial health orders and disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards staff or other facility users will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the facility.
